Digital Dialogue's alerts and notifications enable companies to communicate with their target audience via automated voice, email, fax, sms and postal mail services.  You are able to select the best delivery method based on message content, urgency, required recipient action and recipient preferences.

If you need to notify your customers when the technician is going to arrive at their house, that their DVD rental is overdue, or that their loan application has been approved; our alerts and notification services enable you to do so automatically.

Our technology platform enables you to send sms, email, voice and fax messages all from a single online interface; or you can fully automate message delivery by using our API to deliver messages based on a trigger in your systems.

Appointment Reminders

What is the cost to your company when your customer doesn't show for an appointment?  Doctors, dentists, plumbers and electricians all have one thing in common - if their customer forgets about their appointment, they don't get paid.  Our appointment reminder services enable you to send automated sms or voice reminder messages to your customers so they never forget about you again!  You are even able to give them the opportunity to reschedule their appointment to a time they will be available.

Emergency Alerts

Our sms, voice and fax services are widely used for emergency alerts for events such as fire warnings, flood warnings or child abduction alerts.  Emergency services can record a voice message or type an sms in a few seconds, and within minutes have that message delivered to thousands of phone numbers.  If you need to notify businesses too, fax is another good option.

Finance & Service Activation Notifications

Australia Post recently applied to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to increase the cost of standard stamps to 55c from 50c. The ACCC approved this request, and as of September 15th 2008, we're all going to be paying more for standard postage.
