Who is Digital Dialogue?

Digital Dialogue is new to Perth, WA.  Whilst our name is new, we are by no means new to this industry!  We have a small and dedicated team with a wealth of experience from working with some of Australia's highest profile brand names.  We already have over 200 existing clients in Perth and throughout Western Australia, making us one of the leading communication solutions companies in WA.

Every business has a requirement or need to communicate - that's where we come in.  Further, each business is different, and has a different target audience.  For that reason, we have a range of communication solutions to offer our clients depending on their audience and how best to reach them.

Here are a few examples of what we provide our current clients...

Football Club - getting membership renewals in on time is always a challenge for membership based organisations.  Letters are sent out, email reminders are sent, and then ultimately, there are always a percentage of people who still haven't paid with only a week before the cut off date - that means they now need to phone the remaining unpaid members to get payment.  This can be a real challenge for most companies as they either have to make hundreds or even thousands of individual phone calls, or have to employ the services of a professional call centre (which is very costly).  Our voiceREACH service is ideal for this application as it sends out a personalised phone call from a high profile member of the team (normally player or coach) to all members with dues outstanding reminding them to pay by the due date.  This can be done in a few minutes, and a fraction of the cost of any alternative methods!

Recruitments Companies - we have quite a few clients in the recruitment industry.  They often struggle to get the time sheets of all their clients in on time so they can be paid.  Our sms service is ideal for sending out sms reminders to everyone in a couple of minutes!

Travel Companies - some of our clients are in the travel game.  They have regular special offers and news for the customers, which is best sent out over email.  We provide a range of html email marketing solutions which enable our clients to send email newsletters out, and then to track who's opened them, who's clicked on any links etc.  That gives them the ability to follow up people who were interested in particular offers!

Finance & Mortgage Companies - finance related documents are normally sent and received by fax because of the requirement for a hand written signature.  As they are normally quite long documents, there can be some problems for companies sending and receiving them.  Things like running out of paper or toner, getting an egaged signal, the need to scan the document when it arrives etc.  Our Fax2Mail solution is ideal for this application.  All faxes are received at an email address with the fax document as a PDF attachment - no need to scan it!  Also, as we have very high capacity, your customers will never get an engaged signal when sending you a fax, or any other error for that matter!  You can also send faxes out using your email address!

Call Centres - sending postal mail out of call centres to follow up customer inquiries is often a challenge.  The letters need to go out quickly to be professional, and often there are too many for someone to do them manually.  Most companies in this situation send their mail to a mailing house.  This again poses a list of challenges as mailing houses have very set contracts with minimum volume requirements, as well as fees for job setups and print runs etc.  That makes using a mailing house for daily mail an expensive option.  bing is the perfect solution in this instance as it gives you the ability to send mail on demand, whether it be 1 letter or 10,000, it can be done professionally using a mailing house with the click of a mouse!  What's even better is that there are no job setup or templating costs!

Newsflash

Australia Post recently applied to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to increase the cost of standard stamps to 55c from 50c. The ACCC approved this request, and as of September 15th 2008, we're all going to be paying more for standard postage.
