We are looking for a talented flash developer and digital designer to work on exciting projects for brands such as Jeep!

Due to a growing portfolio, we are currently searching for a digital designer to join our team.

Ideal skills:

• 2+ years experience in interactive design and front-end development
• Experience rolling out concepts to execution
• Flash animation and development skills, with banner experience 
• Passionate creative, with a solid understanding of the digital space, and how to use design to achieve commercial objectives
• Experience with Adobe products - CS3 and above (Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and SoundBooth) 
• Experience with MS Visual Studio
• Big brand/blue chip client work preferable
• Excellent attention to detail, with ability to work to time pressures
• Ability to take the initiative and work without being constantly monitored
• A good attitude and the desire to want to deliver some great work for clients who 'get it'

Additional experience a bonus:

• Understanding of video production and motion design, and the strengths and limitations of Flash, Ajax, Flex, and other emerging platforms
• HTML programming and experience creating html emails (conform to best practices – XHTML or HTML 4.01 standard)
• Experience with CSS, Javascript, jQuery, XML, XSLT, AJAXExperience using code versioning software (Subversion preferred)

With the office based in St Kilda, you will be an important part of an exciting young team working in a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment. Remuneration will be based on experience.
