Neet To Get Your Message Out With IMPACT?

If you are looking for a fast and powerful way to reach your audience, without diluting any of the impact of your message, then voice broadcasting is the answer.  In fact, if use properly, the results of voice broadcasting will amaze you.

voiceREACH voice broadcasting is an advanced solution for busiensses to get their message out to landlines and mobile phones quickly.  We have a large number of customers using this technology in a host of different ways...

How Is Voice Broadcasting Used?

The applications of voice broadcasting are endless, so rather than try to explain how your company may benefit from this technology, here are some examples of what our customers are doing today.

Membership Renewals

A number of our clients are sporting clubs or other membership based organisations.  Membership renewals are always a challenge for these companies, so reaching the members who haven't paid their dues is very important.  In this instance, voice broadcasting works really well if a recognised voice (such as a high profile sports player) records a message reminding members that their fees are due and that they'll lose their regular seat in the stadium if they don't renew by the due date.  Feel free to call us if you'd like a sample of these messages, or if you would like to talk with one of our clients to hear how successful they believe it to be.

Promotional Messages

Over the years we have done a number of high profile campaigns for events such as Tony Robbins, AliG movies and a host of others.  Once again, the use of a recognised voice gets the marketing message across with huge impact!

Emergency Services

Various emergency services departments around Australia are using our technology to get their message out.  The power of being able to select phone numbers (landlines and mobiles) from a geographical area means that emergency services can warn residents of a particular area of an impending fire very quickly and easily using voice broadcasting.  Not only that, but they can view the reports to know exactly which residents didn't listen to the message!

Debt Collection Calls

Voice broadcasting is an excellent tool for debt collection companies and is being used by the majority of Australia's leading debt collection companies.  Messages can be delivered to debtors with personalisation using text-to-speech technology so that each debtor will be greeted by name.  Once the recpient has acknowledged that they are indeed the debtor, they are transferred through to the call centre to talk with a live agent to pay the money outstanding.

How Does It Work?

voiceREACH is a very easy system to use.  All you need is a recorded voice message which you can either do on your computer, or by calling our 1800 number and following the prompts.  Then you need a list of phone numbers.  Armed with those, you can login to the voiceREACH website and submit your job in a matter of seconds and before you know it, phones around the country will be ringing with your message.

Recipients receive the calls just as they would a normal phone call.  Their phone rings, and after they greet the caller, voiceREACH delivers the voice message.

There are a host of amazing features which are explained in much more detail on this page.

Newsflash

Australia Post recently applied to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to increase the cost of standard stamps to 55c from 50c. The ACCC approved this request, and as of September 15th 2008, we're all going to be paying more for standard postage.

If this comes as bad news to your company, then I highly recommend that you talk to us about using bing!  On average, our customers save a massive 42% on their mailing costs through the use of our on-demand mailing service.

With no lock-in contracts, no minmum volume requirements, no monthly/yearly fees, you've really got nothing to lose.
