How Does It Work?
faxREACH is our fax broadcasting solution, which utilises technology to send thousands of fax pages simultaneously. This means you can send all your faxes in just a couple minutes, either via our website, or with a direct link to our services (webservices, FTP, HTTP etc.) for a fully automated service.
Weither you send 20 pages per day or 20,000, faxREACH will save you time and money.
Send Faxes Via Our faxREACH Website
Simply login to our secure faxREACH website with your unique username and password. You need to have your fax numbers in a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (in CSV format), and your document ready to go (multiple document formats are accepted such as MS Word, PDF, TIFF and many more).
It is a very easy 3 step process to send your faxes:
- select your fax numbers (your lists of fax numbers can either be on your computer or hosted on our secure servers);
- select your document; and
- select the time of delivery and reporting options for your fax delivery.
Once you've hit "send", your faxes are delivered as specified by your selections. If you selected "immediate" delivery, you can expect all your faxes to be delivered in just a few minutes. You will then receive a report (either by fax or email) so you can see how many pages were successfully delivered etc.
Automated Fax Delivery
If you need to send faxes which are system generated (such as invoices, statements or confirmation notes), then we can provide you with details to connect directly to our faxREACH service. This enables you to send your faxes without requiring any human intervention.
Reports are then provided in CSV format so you can easily receive the fax delivery data back into your internal systems for a full audit trail on your document delivery.
