If you are doing a product launch and would like information on people attending your conference call so you can follow up qualified sales leads, then PremiereCall Event is ideal.  This service offers all the bells and whistles and will certainly put across a professional company image.

How Does It Work?

 To host an event conference call, you need to contact you Event Manager to arrange the details.  They will handle all the reservations and make sure all the details are taken care of.  All your attendees will be greeted by an operator who will gather the information you've requested (such as name, email, phone number etc.).  You can even have a dial-out function for up to 50 people, meaning they can sit back, relax and wait for the conference call to come to them!

Once up and running, the conference call is fully managed by and Event Manager who will introduce all speakers and generally manage all aspects of the call, including running polls and a Q&A session.

At the completion of your conference call, the Event Manager will do a de-briefing with you and you'll be provided with all the attendee information you requested - it really couldn't be easier!

PremiereCall Event can accommodate multiple moderators or call hosts and features the professional presentation services of an event manager and dedicated operator to ensure the success of your presentation.

 PremiereCall Event is not an automated service, meaning that all attendees are greeted personally and welcomed into your conference call.  Other features include:
