Want To Reach A Large Audience And Run A Q&A Session?

To put across a professional image to a large number of investors, customers, suppliers and employees, you will need more than just a conferencing bridge.  If you really want a well managed conference call which gives you ultimate control and has a host of added features, then PremiereCall Auditorium is ideal.

How Does It Work?

PremiereCall Auditorium is a fully managed and hosted conferencing service.  If you want to host an Auditorium conference call, you simply need to contact your Event Manager who will guide you through the reservation process.  Each Auditorium conference call has a dedicated operator who joins the moderators (conference organisers) during a pre-conference session to review the call flow, guage sound quality and inform moderators of participant counts.  At the same time, other operators are personally greeting all conference call participants and taking any personal information you may require.

At the appropriate time, the operator moves the moderator into the main conference and announces the first speaker.  Throughout the call, the operator is available to manage scheduled or impromptu Q&A and polling, and also respond to participants requests for assistance.

At the conclusion of the conference call, the operator closes the call, and if requested will then move the moderators back into a sub-conference for private discussions and a wrap-up.  After the post-conference, the operator will email a participant list to the moderator with all the information they were requested to gather from each individual.

Newsflash

Australia Post recently applied to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to increase the cost of standard stamps to 55c from 50c. The ACCC approved this request, and as of September 15th 2008, we're all going to be paying more for standard postage.

If this comes as bad news to your company, then I highly recommend that you talk to us about using bing!  On average, our customers save a massive 42% on their mailing costs through the use of our on-demand mailing service.

With no lock-in contracts, no minmum volume requirements, no monthly/yearly fees, you've really got nothing to lose.
