Which International Locations Can Join Our Teleconference Toll Free?

As globalisation influences the way we conduct our day-to-day business it's good to know that we can conduct teleconferences with colleagues located around the world. Premiere offers customers toll free numbers for the following locations:

Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States.

All other countries can still be called toll free by one of two methods.

Your first option is to coordinate it with our Client Support Team via 1800 505 101. Ensure you have the relevant phone numbers on hand and one of our team will be happy to dial the international guest for you and place them into your teleconference.

Alternatively you can dial out to your international guest from the automated features built into your teleconferencing account. Once you are in a teleconference simply press * 95 on your keypad and follow the prompts. Please have your client ID handy, and the phone number for your international guest. You will be able to call your guest and place them automatically into the conference. Once you have transferred your guest into the conference press * (star) on your keypad to get back into the conference yourself.

Newsflash

Australia Post recently applied to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to increase the cost of standard stamps to 55c from 50c. The ACCC approved this request, and as of September 15th 2008, we're all going to be paying more for standard postage.

If this comes as bad news to your company, then I highly recommend that you talk to us about using bing!  On average, our customers save a massive 42% on their mailing costs through the use of our on-demand mailing service.

With no lock-in contracts, no minmum volume requirements, no monthly/yearly fees, you've really got nothing to lose.
