Can I Record My Teleconference?

Recording a teleconference can be a great way to keep important conversations and meetings in your permanent records. Premiere offers you an easy solution to record your teleconferences straight to CD.

Once you have registered as a Premiere customer you will receive a unique 1800 number and a set of passcodes that you can use 24/7.  Your teleconferencing account enables you to use built in features such as recording whenever you like. Once in a teleconference simply press * 22 on your keypad to initiate the recording sequence. This will automatically record your teleconference to a soft-copy file held private and confidential on Premiere's servers.

Once the teleconference has finished simply call our Client Support Team on 1800 505 101 to request the conference be transferred to a CD. This finalises the sequence and your teleconference will be posted to you directly. It's a fantastic way to keep the minutes of your meetings, record specific meeting details for important contract work or to keep a copy of training sessions that you have run for a larger group. The sound file may also be uploaded to your company website for later listening.

Newsflash

Australia Post recently applied to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission to increase the cost of standard stamps to 55c from 50c. The ACCC approved this request, and as of September 15th 2008, we're all going to be paying more for standard postage.

If this comes as bad news to your company, then I highly recommend that you talk to us about using bing!  On average, our customers save a massive 42% on their mailing costs through the use of our on-demand mailing service.

With no lock-in contracts, no minmum volume requirements, no monthly/yearly fees, you've really got nothing to lose.
